Bring us in as early as you like. We help visiting production teams plan and run shoots anywhere in the UK, handling the local work that is hardest to manage from abroad.

We can step in for one part of prep or take responsibility for the full UK operation: research, recces, crew bookings, locations, permissions, equipment, travel and shoot-day coordination. Your producer stays in control; we keep the local pieces together, flag issues early and give you one clear UK contact.

Choosing the right UK base

London is the largest crew and supplier base, but it is not automatically the best base for every shoot. Manchester, Edinburgh, Cardiff or Belfast may be more efficient when most of the schedule is regional. We can advise where to base, which roles to hire locally and when it makes sense to move people or equipment.

Working with your production team

Most jobs begin with a treatment, schedule or short email. We check what is fixed, what is still open and what needs local confirmation, then come back with the right people and a workable plan. During prep and the shoot, one UK contact keeps crew, suppliers, locations and travel aligned.
